Let's build
something
together.

Building a company takes time. Building one with people who have done it before takes less.

  1. 01 / 03

    Experienced leadership

Work with people who have built and operated companies at scale.

  2. 02 / 03

    Operating capabilities

Proven practices for planning, managing, measuring, and operating the business.

  3. 03 / 03

    Shared infrastructure

Build from a proven technology architecture connecting data, AI, applications, analytics, automation, and the systems that run the business.

We've built this before.

We spent years building companies inside large enterprises. And after doing it enough times, one thing became pretty clear. We were rebuilding many of the same things over and over again. Why should every company have to reinvent the wheel?

What if companies could start with the leadership, operating capabilities, and infrastructure that normally take years to build? How much faster could they go?

We partner with ambitious companies.

We partner with small and mid-sized companies at different stages of growth. The exact profile varies by business model.

Company profiles

The companies we partner with do not all look the same. Their stage, business model, and revenue profile vary. What matters is that there is something real to build on.

  1. 01Early-stage

You have a product or service in market and early proof that customers will buy.

Potential work: Build the foundation: leadership, operating capabilities, brand, go-to-market, and the systems needed to grow.

    Revenue profile: Early commercial traction

  2. 02Growth-stage

Revenue is established and demand is growing.

Potential work: Strengthen the team, systems, and operating model so the company can keep up.

Revenue profile: Established and growing revenue

  3. 03Established / mid-stage

You have a proven business with meaningful revenue and operating complexity.

Potential work: Expand into new markets, improve margins, strengthen operations, or prepare the company for its next stage.

Revenue profile: Meaningful revenue and operating complexity

What we look for

We don't need everything to be perfect. We do need a few things to be true.

  1. Proof

We need evidence that customers want what you sell. Revenue, repeat demand, contracts, distribution, or adoption. Something real to build from.

  2. Potential

We need to see a credible path from the business you have today to a much larger, stronger company.

  3. Differentiation

There needs to be a reason this company can win. A product, brand, market position, customer base, technology, or capability competitors cannot easily reproduce.

  4. Commitment

You have to want to build it. We can't want it more than you do.

  5. Resources

The company needs enough capital and cash flow to fund the plan, absorb the work, and keep investing in growth.

  6. Upside

There has to be enough value creation ahead to justify the time, capital, and change required.

Think there is something here?

Like we said, not everything has to be perfect. If you have built something meaningful, we should talk.

You run the company. We help build it.

How we build

A four-phase partnership that helps companies build what larger companies have spent years developing.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand the company through a paid Build Assessment.

    • Establish where the company is today
    • Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities
    • Find where Skuldr can create value
  2. 02

    Align

Identify where Skuldr can create value and what should be built.

    • Create a shared understanding with leadership
    • Prioritize where value can be created
    • Decide whether there is a fit to move forward
  3. 03

    Build

Work alongside leadership through a focused build period.

    • Work alongside leadership, typically for 12 months
    • You run the business. We help build it.
    • Build the capabilities, infrastructure, systems, and operating disciplines behind it
  4. 04

    Embed

Remain connected through advisory support and future opportunities.

    • Make the capabilities part of the company
    • Avoid dependence on Skuldr
    • Stay connected through advisory, infrastructure, the Control Plane, and future opportunities

Evolve.

The intensive build period ends, but the capabilities, systems, and infrastructure stay with the company. Skuldr remains involved through advisory support, shared infrastructure, and future opportunities.

The six domains

The six domains are the building blocks of a company. We use them to understand the current state of the business, identify opportunities to create value, and determine what capabilities need to be built to scale.

Brand
How the company is positioned, understood, and differentiated in the market.
Consumer
Who the company serves, what it offers, and whether the product creates real value.
Commerce
How the company reaches customers, converts demand, and grows revenue.
Technology
The systems, data, tools, and technical infrastructure that support the business.
Operations
The processes, capabilities, and operating discipline required to execute well.
Organization
Leadership, roles, structure, decision-making, and the company's capacity to grow.
  1. Assess

Understand the current state of the company: what is working, where performance is constrained, and which strengths, gaps, and opportunities matter most. We look across the business to establish a shared starting point.

  2. Define

Determine what needs to change and what success looks like. Together with leadership, we set the direction, clarify the priorities, and identify the highest-value work required to move the company forward.

  3. Build

Create the capability, system, or infrastructure that moves the work from intent to action. Skuldr works alongside leadership to strengthen how the company operates, not simply to produce a recommendation.

  4. Measure

Evaluate impact and results against the outcomes that matter. We use what we learn to understand what is improving, where more work is needed, and which decisions will create the most value next.

  5. Repeat

Continue building against the highest-value opportunities. The work compounds as the company develops stronger capabilities, sharper operating discipline, and a clearer path to its next stage of growth.

WE ARE INTENTIONALLY INDUSTRY AGNOSTIC.

Businesses are more similar than people think. A consumer brand may look very different from a service or technology business, but every company depends on the same underlying system. They need experienced leadership, operating capabilities, and infrastructure. That is why we are industry agnostic. Every company can benefit from what we have built.

Think your company is the exception? We have a form for that.

  5. Less founder dependency

  6. Faster growth

  8. Greater enterprise value

Build a more scalable, durable, and transferable business that can command greater value.
